The featured artist at the Dorset Public Library during the month of September will be Patti Barham Campbell.  The public is invited to meet Patti at the opening reception on Saturday, September 2nd from 11-1pm.  Refreshments will be served.  All works are for sale, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the library.

Patti grew up in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey and presently resides in Dorset during summer and Venice, Florida during the winter.  Her education started at Rosemont College, continued at les Beaux Arts and the Institute for American Universities in France.  She graduated from Kean University with a Masters in Fine Arts Education and from Jersey City University with the M.F.A.

Patti has taught art for 28 years and has recently exhibited two paintings in Aix-en-Provence, France and a one woman show at the Dorset Theatre.  Many of her landscapes and seascapes are hanging in professional buildings and private collections around the U.S. and Europe.
